Visa US ESTA is an independent travel-assistance platform and is not affiliated with the U.S. Government. Travelers may complete their U.S. Electronic System for Travel Authorization (ESTA) directly through the official CBP website without using our service orpaying additional fees.

This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains when cancellations and refunds may be requested and processed.
1. Service Summary
By completing payment on our website, you acknowledge that Visa US ESTA provides an optional, fee-based online service designed to assist with the preparation and submission of US ESTA applications.
We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the U.S. Government, the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), or U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP). Travelers may complete their US ESTA application directly through the official CBP website (https://esta.cbp.dhs.gov/) without using our platform or paying our service-related fees.
Because our services begin immediately after an order is confirmed and involve customized digital review and preparation, this service is classified as a personalized digital product. Once processing has begun, traditional cancellation rights may not apply.
2. What the Service Fee Includes
The total amount displayed at checkout reflects the U.S. Government ESTA fee plus our separate service processing fee. All charges are disclosed clearly before payment is submitted. Our service fee may include:
- Step-by-step ESTA application guidance
- Review and correction of submitted travel and passport data
- Automated data verification tools
- Structured submission facilitation
- Delivery of confirmations and status updates by email
- Direct access to customer support
- Assistance with permitted resubmissions where applicable
Unless otherwise stated, all fees are listed in United States Dollars (USD).
Payment processing is handled exclusively through PCI-compliant third-party providers. We do not store or transmit cardholder data on our servers.
3. Refund Eligibility Criteria
A full refund of 100 percent of the service fee may be granted if your US ESTA application has not yet been transmitted for processing.
All refund requests must be submitted within 90 calendar days of the original purchase.
To request a refund, please email support@visausesta.com and include:
- Full name used on the order
- Application or transaction reference number
- Date of purchase
- Brief explanation of the request
Important: Once your application has been transmitted for processing, the service is considered fulfilled and the payment becomes final.
Refund requests are reviewed within three (3) business days. If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Any foreign exchange differences, bank charges, or card provider fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Note: The U.S. Government ESTA fee ($40.27) is collected by U.S. Customs and Border Protection and is generally non-refundable once an application has been submitted, regardless of the outcome. Our service fee is separate and is governed by the criteria above.
4. Dispute Resolution and Chargebacks
We strongly encourage contacting our support team before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider.
If a chargeback is initiated, Visa US ESTA reserves the right to provide documentation demonstrating that services were delivered in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.
5. Confirmation of Refunds or Cancellations
All cancellation or refund requests are acknowledged by email.
Requests received during regular business hours are typically addressed the same day. Requests received outside business hours will be reviewed the following business day.
6. Processing Timeframes
We aim to review and transmit completed US ESTA applications within 24 hours of receiving full information and payment.
Actual processing times may vary due to:
- Application volume
- Accuracy and completeness of submitted information
- Temporary technical issues
- Government system availability
Visa US ESTA is not responsible for:
- Delays caused by government processing
- Disruptions to travel plans
- Events beyond our control, including force majeure circumstances
If you are traveling within 72 hours, we recommend completing your application directly through the official ESTA website (https://esta.cbp.dhs.gov/).
7. Accepted Payment Methods
We accept secure payments via major credit and debit card networks, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.
All payments are processed through PCI-compliant gateways. Visa US ESTA does not store cardholder information.
